Barquisimeto, Venezuela

The local church IBN and their volunteer doctors, nurses, nutritionists and others help the local community by promoting an entire day of activities with free services. Hundreds of people that can't otherwise afford these services get free screenings, get fed a meal and hear God's word. Around 600+ people usually show up for these events.

The local church CEC ministers in the streets of Caracas, feeding those in need as food becomes available to them from overseas. This particular day, they fed 400 adults and 50 children oatmeal and bread. It was the only meal most of these people had that day.

Two foundations - one that works with homeless children (or the children from the streets) and a rehab center for those recovering from alcohol and/or drug abuse are both ministered with food, counseling and the gospel of Jesus.

The local church, El Verbo works in one of most underprivileged â€‹rural areas in Caracas. Their volunteers have a passion for the so many children and adults that show up weekly in hopes to be fed God's Word, and hopeful for any food that can be shared. This is a white field that keeps growing.

El Tigre, Venezuela

El Tigre is a town in Venezuela with a very young population. As the situation in the country has deteriorated, families have turned to the churches in masses, hoping to get a meal, or baby food, and some words of comfort. The local church can't keep up with the outpouring needs and they've had to open another center to accommodate more people.

Funda País is a non-profit organization that currently works with a group of 300+ children and 200 mothers. Their community has been reduced from 25,000 people to just 6,000 due to crime and poverty. The foundation has been facing power outages and kids on this picture are bringing their own wood and sticks to help prepare a fire in order for volunteers to cook every day.
